You can return any unused product in its original condition with a receipt for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We ask you to tell us your reason for returning an item; the information may help us as we plan for future products.

If you prefer shipping a return package to us via another carrier such as FedEx or UPS, please call us first to get an alternate address. We recommend you ship your return with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes because we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Sorry, but we cannot refund the original or return shipping costs. Regular shipping costs also apply on exchanges.
